Stephen is a Senior Advisor at Lincoln Pensions working closely with the restructuring team. He has over 35 years of industry experience and is an expert in governance, restructuring and corporate distress.
Stephen has acted as an advisor, board member and facilitator to a large portfolio of global companies including Enron, Parmalat, General Motors and Southern Cross. He set up his own consultancy, Isonomy, in 2013, offering advisory services to legislators and regulators on good corporate behaviour.
Prior to establishing Isonomy, Stephen spent almost eight years as a Managing Director at management consultancy, AlixPartners, where he carried out restructuring work for corporate clients across Europe. Before this, he was a partner at PwC and led their European restructuring and forensic practice , based in both London and Germany.
Stephen is a licenced insolvency practitioner and Chartered Accountant. He is the Conflict Administrator at Nortel Networks SA, also acts as Chairman of a Midlands-based property development scheme and chairs the Strategy and Finance Committee at the University of Derby.← Back to list
