
Adam joined Lincoln Pensions in 2017 having previously worked for two and a half years at Investcorp, a private equity and hedge fund, within corporate finance. Adam is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
At Lincoln Pensions, Adam has worked on a number of client engagements across various industries, with a particular focus assessing the covenant impact of corporate events, as well as advising on contingency and end-game planning.
His recent assignments include:
- Assisting a UK sponsor in understanding the impact of a M&A transaction on the security of member benefits
- Helping trustees to understand the impact of a debt restructuring on their employer covenant and providing options to mitigate the detriment caused to the covenant
- Assisting a UK sponsor through the implementation of contingency and end-game planning.
Adam graduated from the University of Newcastle with a first-class honours degree in Economics.
