Lincoln Pensions is proud to participate in 100 Black Interns

100 Black interns is an initiative created to support black students enter into the financial sector by kick starting their career. Due to the lack of representation and diversity in the financial industry we are proud to be participating as a way to source a more diverse group of talent for the future.

This initiative will offer paid internships that will last a minimum of six weeks over the Summer of 2021. The programme will be open to black students at UK universities graduating in 2019 or 2020. Students will be able to gain real opportunities to learn and build their network with our professionals at Lincoln Pensions. We believe this will drive change and help to close the gap for black people who are under-represented in the sector.

Alex Hutton-Mills, MD, Lincoln Pensions, commented:

‘We are delighted to be joining this initiative of recruiting black students to gain experience in the financial sector that is under-represented of black people.

The programme will help ambitious students reach their full potential with the essential tools and skills needed to thrive in the financial industry. Being a sponsor to #100blackinterns is one way we will give back in order to enhance representation for the next generation.’
